A Filipino Feast at Patok by Rach: From The Bronx's Kamayan Adventure!
Come with us on a pork fueled evening just outside of The Bronx at Patok by Rach (5057 Broadway, New York, NY 10034), a Filipino restaurant known for serving “the best porking lechon in town”! It’s here where the From The Bronx team enjoyed a flavor-filled Kamayan Feast hosted by Chef Rach and Unkle Harold. From the moment we entered Patok by Rach, both the space and the people greeted us with warmth and charm, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
When we got to the space, the anticipation was as big as the crowd waiting to be let in. Once we made it past the door, our team eagerly gathered around the communal table, ready to dive into the culinary delights that awaited us. From crispy lumpia to succulent lechon and fragrant garlic rice, every dish showcased the rich tapestry of Filipino flavors.
But what truly made the evening memorable was the infectious energy and camaraderie that filled the room. As we shared stories, laughter, and delicious food amongst ourselves and with strangers seated at the communal tables, bonds were strengthened and memories were made.
