Refund policy
Returns
We gladly accept returns for all apparel within 30 days from the order shipment date, provided that:
- The item(s) is in new condition
- The item(s) is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached
- The item(s) is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at hello@fromthebronx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final for non-apparel items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you may place a new order at any time, before or after your return has been processed. All of our items are produced in LIMITED RUNS and are NEVER REPRODUCED the same way. We can not guarantee exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
Lost Packages
All orders include tracking information. You can use this information to track when your package is shipped from our offices and follow the package to its destination. If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered to the wrong location, please email us at hello@fromthebronx.com with your order number and all relevant information. We will then start an investigation with the delivery company and work to replace your missing package (when possible) or provide you with a refund.
If you put the wrong delivery address on your order, you can update the address for your order through your From The Bronx account or email us immediately at hello@fromthebronx.com. Shipping addresses can be updated up until the package is shipped. Shipping addresses can not be changed once the order is in transit.
Customers are responsible for providing From The Bronx with the correct shipping address. We do not provide refunds or replacements due to customer error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will be refunded for the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax. You will not be refunded for any shipping charges.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your original form of payment.
