Spring renewal. It's something my horoscope keeps mentioning as it makes off-the-wall guesses about my finances and love life. Spring is a time for renewal, growth, and expansion. It's in the air! The sun stays out longer and we have extra energy and focus to take action and create change! Sort of.

The truth is that as a small business owner, it's Spring all year long. We're constantly reinventing ourselves and our business to meet customers where they are AND where we think they'll be. And that sh*t is exhausting.
