Carnival Vibes in The Bronx: HPAC's Annual Summer Jam Carnival Heats Up The Streets!
On Saturday, June 22, 2024, the Hunts Point Alliance for Children (HPAC) hosted one of the summer’s hottest events—their 3rd Annual Summer Jam Carnival! This Bronx-based nonprofit, dedicated to empowering parents, building community, and ensuring every child believes in their limitless potential, knows how to throw a party with a purpose.
