THE SHORT VERSION

Free shipping on US orders over $75. Orders leave us in 2 to 3 business days. Free pickup at The Bronx Beer Hall.

PROCESSING

We pack and ship within 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, holidays not included. You’ll get a tracking email the moment yours goes out.

RATES

Shipping inside the US is free on orders of $75 or more. Under $75, live USPS and UPS rates show at checkout, so you pay what it actually costs to send. Rates depend on where it’s going and what’s in the box.

WHERE WE SHIP

Everywhere. US orders go USPS or UPS. International orders go USPS, UPS or DHL Express, with live rates at checkout.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International orders can be charged import duties, taxes and customs fees by the destination country. Those aren’t included in what you pay us and we can’t estimate them. The carrier collects them on delivery, and they’re the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is refused or goes unclaimed and comes back to us, we’ll refund the items. We can’t refund the shipping.

PICKUP AT THE BRONX BEER HALL

Choose pickup at checkout and skip shipping altogether. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours and we’ll email you when yours is. Weekend orders are ready Tuesday.

Pickup hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 12 to 8PM. Sunday, 12 to 6PM. Closed Mondays.

Bring your confirmation email. We hold pickup orders for 14 days, then cancel and refund.

TRACKING

Every order ships with tracking. Once it’s with the carrier, delivery timing is on them. If tracking stalls, a package goes missing or an address turns out wrong, our refund policy covers what happens next.

ADDRESSES

Check your address before you order. We can change it up until the package ships, so email hello@fromthebronx.com fast if it’s wrong. Once it’s moving we can’t reroute it.
