NANA NANA NANA NANA ... BATMAN!

NANA NANA NANA NANA ... BATMAN!

HAPPY BATMAN DAY!! So....what's Batman Day, you ask?

The internet says, "Batman Day is an annual event organized by DC Entertainment to celebrate and promote Batman. The first Batman Day was July 23, 2014. This was the year of the 75th anniversary of the first appearance of Batman in Detective Comics in 1939."

Woo hoo! So.....why does From The Bronx care about Batman Day, you ask?

We care because Batman was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger in The Bronx! We even made a little trivia card for it. (Original Art: Lee Bermejo)

Batman Trivia

We care even more because Batman is another example of The Bronx's contributions to world culture and that's something we always care about!
In fact, while we're talking comic books and culture, here are a few more Bronx tidbits that should make you quiz master at your next trivia outing.
