From The Bronx to Japan: A Boogie Down Pilgrimage
Our slogan finally got the road trip it deserves. This spring, the From The Bronx crew took the brand all the way to Japan!
The highlight of the trip was years in the making. Back in 2019, we connected with MetroStore Osaka, a shop tucked down on level B1 in Namba, Osaka. Two shops on opposite sides of the planet, one shared language: trains, culture, and pure love for the city you call home. After years of mutual admiration from afar, we finally pulled up in person.

Walking into their space felt like walking into a parallel universe version of our own shop. Different city, different subway map, same heartbeat. If you're ever in Osaka, go see them and tell them The Bronx says hello. And here's a little secret between us: we're planning a collab together in the near future, so keep your eyes on this space.

From there, the journey rolled on: the historic streets of Gion in Kyoto, ancient shrines, and bullet trains that would make the 4 train blush. Everywhere we went, we repped the borough, and you'd be surprised how many people we met who knew exactly where The Bronx was and what it means.

Trips like this remind us why we put "to The World" in our name. Bronx culture is global culture. Hip hop, style, attitude, heart: it all travels, and it's recognized everywhere.
Until next time, Japan. Arigato!
From The Bronx to The World!!
