Greetings From The Bronx: Meet Our New Tiger Promo Card (and Its Pigeon Variant)
Did you know...our newest promo card just dropped, and this one comes with a variant!

Meet the tiger, and its pigeon variant.
Greetings From The Bronx
The front is a vintage-postcard "Greetings From The Bronx," with nods to the New York Botanical Garden, The Bronx Zoo, and the High Bridge. One version stars a tiger, and look closely: it isn't alone. Three pigeons are hanging out with it, one perched right on its head, one tucked in by its paw, and one keeping watch from the rock. The other version hands the whole card to one enormous pigeon, the most New York City bird of them all.
And yes, that's a lighthouse on top of the building in the back. That's the old H.W. Wilson building at 950 University Avenue in Highbridge, with its 1929 lighthouse on top. It was repainted orange when the building changed hands. Plenty of New Yorkers have no idea it's there. Now you do. The Bronx has a lot more going on than people think.
The Breakdown
Flip it over for five "Did You Know" facts about the borough:
- Edgar Allan Poe wrote "Annabel Lee" while living in Fordham from 1846 to 1849, and his house still stands in Poe Park.
- Co-op City is the largest housing cooperative in the world, with 15,372 residential units.
- A river otter was spotted in The Bronx River in 2026 for the first time in a century, thanks to decades of restoration work by The Bronx River Alliance and its partners.
- Hunts Point Food Distribution Center is the largest in the USA, moving 4.5 billion pounds of food a year.
- Orchard Beach opened in 1936 and is known as "The Riviera of New York," "The Bronx Riviera," and a few other names we won't commit to print.

The back: a little Bronx history in your pocket.
